Photography is a great hobby in the sense that it encourages seeking out new experiences, continual challenge and growth, and helps develop an appreciation for time spent with the people close to you. I’m hoping that this on-going collection will keep me honest in my endeavours!

Specifically on photography, I have a pretty simple approach - I only use prime lenses, shoot manually and attempt to capture the image as best possible in camera. In regards to post-production, I use Lightroom solely, and generally opt for a less-is-more approach; I don’t personally enjoy heavy-handed edits, blending exposures, painting light etc. My main goal is to get out of the house as much as possible… The less time in front of a computer the better!
